EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Unworn item(s) purchased from our website may be exchanged within 30 days from the order date on your receipts.

For Christmas we've extended the period of time of our exchange policy to allow purchases made between 20th November and the 24th December to be returned up to the 14th January 2024.

We accept refunds only on damaged items. We operate a 30-day returns policy from when you receive your order - you will need to contact us to advise us of your intentions to return and receive details of how to make a return If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty or your receive a wrong order, please contact us immediately by email contactus@loxvault.com to evaluate the issue and make it right.

For all products, you will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and a re-saleable condition, to the returns address below enclosing your order confirmation. For international returns please do not return items before receiving consent from us. Email contactus@loxvault.com for more information.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us again
